The Riviera Complex is located on scenic Lake Shafer near Monticello, IN, across from the Indiana Beach amusement center and water park lakeside North Entrance and VIP parking area. Ample parking is provided at Riviera Complex for registered guests only.Our 340' lakefront view can be enjoyed from the apartments and motel rooms. A friendly, relaxed atmosphere is present for both guests and management.

The beautiful 20' x 40' heated outdoor pool, plus lounging patio and wading pool for the little ones, is centrally located. The pool is fenced and for Riviera Complex registered guests only.

Boat Docks and piers are available for your use along the 340' lakefront - ideal for boating, fishing, skiing or just loafing around. Large shade trees, picnic tables, gas barbecue grills and nice people complete the setting for a perfect vacation.

A basketball area is provided for the enjoyment of both the young and young at heart!

If you arrive early, you may take occupancy only when the maids have completed their housekeeping. A deposit is required for each reservation and confirms contract for your scheduled dates. A refund of 80% of deposit will be made only when a minimum of one week advance notice is received. If one week notice is not possible, 80% of deposit may be applied toward a reservation at a later date the same year, or through June 30 of the following year. Reservation payment is due upon arrival and non-refundable. Single night reservations will be accepted only to fill a single night opening between two previous reservations - and prepayment is required. Please reserve boat slips when making reservations. Boat owners should bring line and bumpers for proper mooring.
