Each of the apartments has a sliding glass door onto either an individual patio or balcony which overlooks the pool. The unique location of this building affords each unit an excellent view of both the Riviera Complex pool and Lake Shafer.
   This building, located approximately 100' from the lakefront, includes four kitchen apartments which are among the nicest in this area. Each has a picture window and porch which provide a view of the courtyard, fountain area and lake. It has convenient access to the pool, piers and picnic area.
 For your vacation or weekend this unit is ideal We feel that this single waterfront kitchen unit is truly one of the nicest rentals on the lake. It is located on the water's edge and has large, deep windows across the entire front. A door opens onto your own private 8'x24' redwood sun deck which is enclosed with beautiful wrought iron. From this vantage point, there is an excellent view of Lake Shafer. Central heat and air assure comfort despite the weather.
All the apartments have been designed to give you a home-like atmosphere, combined with the delights of a resort area. In the living area is a queen-size sofa bed, end tables, chairs, and color/cable TV which assures good TV viewing under normal circumstances. Each apartment has a fully-equipped kitchenette with stove and refrigerator, Formica cabinets and table with four, six or eight chairs. All apartments have a bedroom with a queen-size bed, excellent bedding, and either a chest or dresser. Nine apartments have a second bedroom. Each has a bath with shower and plenty of hot water. All units have been tastefully color coordinated and are carpeted. Each unit has heat and air. Ample parking is provided. Please bring your beach towels.
